The French car maker Renault plans to buy 25% stock of Russian largest automaker “AutoVAZ” Ltd. for $1.3 billion. According to their agreement Renault will pay half of the sum in February, 20% in June and the last 30% in 2010. However, the final cost of the transaction will depend on financials results of AutoVAZ.
