Renault owns golden share of AutoVAZ

“Rosoboronexport” which controls the largest Russian automobile concern – AuoVAZ, — at last has decided what company will become the strategic partner of the car factory. Last Friday it was known that French concern Renault will get 25 % shareholding. On Saturday they signed memorandum of understanding.

Within the limits of the Russian year in India they plan the Days of Samara

About 150 festivals, exhibitions, concerts and other events will be included into the agenda of the Year of Russia in India. The grand opening of the Year will take place in February by the festive concert in New Delhi. The rpogramm also includes the holding of the Days of Moscow in New Delhi, Days of St.Petersburgh in Mumbai, Days of Tatarstan republic in Andhra-Pradesh state and the days of Samara in Karnataka state.

Royal mission

Yesterday the commercial and economic legation of Netherlands arrived in Samara. The delegation includes the representatives of the car enterprises. They intend getting to know the motor-car industry of the region and especially with Togliatti industrial and technological park.
