Beginning from February, it starts to expands its network in Ulyanovskaya, Saratovskaya, Orenburgskaya Regions and also in Tatarstan and Bashkiriya. Experts note that company will have to rival three largest Volga region operators such as «Volgatelecom», «Tattelecom» and «Bashinformsvyaz».
