On September 20-21 there is held the International ecological congress “The ecology and life safety of industrial and transport complex ELPIT-2007 in Togliatti State University, which gathered scientists from Italy, Latvia, Poland, Denmark, Great Britain, Sweden, Ghana, Mozambique, Jordan, Lithuania, the Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Byelorussia.

Plenary sessions and work in sections will be dedicated to urgent problems of ecology such as environment ecology, ecologically dependent diseases, influence and decreasing of noise, vibration of urban territories, ecological safety of industrial and transport complexes and etc.

The perspective and innovation developments in the sphere of ecology, the mainstreams of nature-conservative actions of the regional enterprises and organizations were showed on the ecological mobile exhibition “EcoLeader – 2007” which was open in Togliatti within the limits of the international congress.
