The second stage of the Russia Cup on kite races, snowkiting, starts on Zhigulevskoe water basin in Tolyatti on Thursday.

Competitions will be held on the ice of Zhigulevskoe water basin from February, 1 till February, 4th. Races will begin on Thursday at 11 o»clock Moscow time. It will be possible to watch the competitions from quay of Autozavodskoy district of Tolyatti.

The program of competitions » Zhigulevskoe sea-2007 » includes a series of marathon races and kite-cross laps. Spectators can also see the best raiders’ performance in freestyle. The strongest sportsmen from Russia and the CIS from Moscow, St.-Petersburg, Tolyatti, Novokuybyshevsk, Yaroslavl, Ekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk, Kazan, Tallinn and other cities will take part in races.
